These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.
When placing an order with theorigamiboutique.com you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and exclusive of delivery charge unless stated. We do our best to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct at all times. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specifications of the products are correct. The images show the product as accurately as possible. However due to the handcrafted nature of all our products, slight variations will occur. Therefore we will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and may change those descriptions at any time, nor can we accept any liability for any colour variation due to browser software, computer system or screen settings used by the customer.
Total liability for any claims of any kind whatsoever and howsoever arising in respect of, or resulting from, any goods supplied by The Origami Boutique to the customer shall not exceed the price of such goods.
We accept no liability for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website.
We do not guarantee that our website is free from viruses or other infecting programmes although we do our utmost to keep it threat free.
You may view and print out our pages for the sole purpose of purchasing a product or products. The copyright belongs to The Origami Boutique. You may not use pictures, logos, graphics, text or descriptions on our site for any other use whatsoever without written permission from us.

Ordering, Delivery & Returns
To order from this website you need to register your account to be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
You can only buy products from us online. Once an order is placed, you will receive a PayPal email confirmation for the transaction amount, and a separate email from us within 24 hours, confirming your order list. We advise you to check your spam mail folders in case these emails are treated as such.
All payments are processed by PayPal and you do not need to be a registered PayPal member to use this payment method. You can use PayPal guest which accepts all major credit and debit cards American Express, Discover, Maestro, MasterCard/Eurocard, and Visa/Delta/Electron.
All transactions are processed using a secure server.
Delivery times and costs:
We endeavour to dispatch your items within 3 working days, exceptions apply to bespoke items and bouquets. However, due to the handcrafted nature of all our products, at busy times this may take up to a maximum of 10 business days. Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an email informing you of the predicted dispatch time.
For UK Mainland Delivery you have two options:
· Free postage
· Special Delivery Next Day - (Guaranteed by 1:00pm next working day, tracked) - from £3
For International Delivery you have one option:
· Airsure - (Delivery aim 5 working days, signed for) - from £2.5
Please note that delivery aim time is set by Royal Mail and we cannot be held liable for any delays. However if your order is taking longer than expected please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate.
Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes which may be due at the time of delivery and are your, or the receiver’s, responsibility.
Returns and Cancellations:
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you change your mind, for whatever reason, please write to us at email@example.com to inform us and confirm our return address. In order for us to make a refund you will need to send us back the products, unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days using a secure postal method such as Recorded Delivery. Please make sure you have proof of posting and delivery as we cannot refund you for any goods lost in transit. Full product refund will be given, however we cannot refund postage costs. We reserve the right to deduct a handling fee if the items are not return in selling condition; all refunds of earrings will suffer this charge due to health and safety reasons to allows us to replace the findings.
We cannot make a refund for custom-made items nor stud earrings which have been properly delivered under any circumstances, except as provided for in the paragraph below under the heading “Faulty items”.
All products are carefully checked before dispatch but if you have received a faulty item please write to us (preferably including a picture or pictures) at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will have to return it to us with its original packaging. All faulty items will be replaced or refunded along with all postage costs.

We use this information to make your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. We need it to process your order and to inform you of any delays or problems.

When you wish to buy the items you have selected, your browser makes a connection to the PayPal secure website where you can finish your payment. This can be confirmed by looking for the security padlock icon next to the PayPal website address and it means that no-one can intercept your details.
