1. Products

It's paper, how can it last?

One of the main concerns of many people when they hear the words origami jewellery is durability. However there's no reason to worry about. All paper products are varnished ensuring a water-resistant finish, you shouldn't immerse them in water but occasional superficial contact won't damage your piece of jewellery.

If you're still concerned have a look at the fine silver range.

2. Bespoke Orders

I can’t find what I’m looking for, can I get it custom-made?

Yes, just send an email to cathy@theorigamiboutique.com for discussion and quote.

I placed an order for a bespoke item, how can I be sure I’ll like the final result?

For all our bespoke items and custom-made orders we will send regular picture updates to ensure that you’re happy with the final outcome as no returns or refunds can be accept (exclusions apply for faulty items only)

3. Payment

I love your products, how can I pay for them?

All payments are processed by PayPal.

I don’t have a PayPal account can I still order?

You do not need to be a registered PayPal member to use this payment method. You can use PayPal guest which accepts all major credit and debit cards American Express, Discover, Maestro, MasterCard/Eurocard, and Visa/Delta/Electron.

4. Dispatch Times

How long it takes until my order is sent?

Most orders are posted within 3 working days but bespoke orders or at busy times it may take up to 10 working days. Send an email to cathy@theorigamiboutique.com if you’re in a rush and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

5. Postage

Can I get free postage?

Yes, all orders to UK mainland are sent free of postage.

I’m in a hurry, how much will it cost me to get my order delivered next day?

If you're in a hurry items can be send by Special Delivery Next Day with guaranteed delivery by 1:00pm next working day (Saturday’s excluded). Price varies between £3 and £4.95 depending on the item. However please remember that these times only apply for delivery and it may take between 3 to 10 working days for your order to be ready for dispatch. Contact me at cathy@theorigamiboutique.com if you need it sooner.

Do you ship internationally? How much will it cost me?

Yes, we ship to Europe, USA, Canada, Brazil, New Zealand and Australia. Postage price varies between £2.5 and £7.95 according to the item.

6. Returns & refunds

My order arrived but it’s not what I was looking for. Can I exchange it or get a refund?

Yes you can (excluding bespoke items and custom-made orders). Customer satisfaction is top priority so send an email to cathy@theorigamiboutique.com and we’ll provide the return address. Either you’re looking for an exchange or a refund you will need to send us back the products, unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days using a secure postal method such as Recorded Delivery. Please make sure you have proof of posting and delivery as we cannot exchange or refund you for any goods lost in transit. Exchange items will be posted within 2 working days of product received. Full product refund will be processed within 2 working days of product received. Postage costs will not be refunded.

My order arrived but my item is faulty, what do I do now?

Although all products are carefully checked before dispatch accidents can happen so if you have received a faulty item please send an email to cathy@theorigamiboutique.com (preferably including a picture or pictures) within 14 days of receiving the goods for a replacement or refund with all postage costs paid for. However you will also have to return it to us with the original packaging for our insurance claim.
